President Al-Sisi approves 10th amendment to US aid agreement 

Egyptian President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi approved in a presidential decree on Thursday the 10th amendment to the US-Egypt aid agreement, according to local media reports. This amendment that was approved by the parliament in April included changing to the regulations of the governmental administration initiative and the participation programme. The agreement was signed on 26 September 2017.
