The shelling was fired by the Turkish forces positioned on Syrian-Turkish border and targeted areas in the western countryside of Idlib province, said the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
The Russian warplanes have also resumed their bombardment on the de-escalation zone, carrying out several raids in the southern countryside of Idlib, the observatory added. There was no information about the casualties.
Turkish bombardments have killed at least 35 people as Turkish forces move into areas controlled by Kurdish militia in northern Syria. A ground offensive is aimed at reversing Kurdish gains.
