Companies from Latvia, Africa will take part virtually from 21-22 June
The total activity achieved by the organisation during the year reached nearly EGP 19.6m, with expectations that the volume of business by the end of 2020 will reach EGP 24m.
The winner will take home a prize valued at EGP 100,000, with the contribution of more than 13 companies and several experts in the communications and information technology (CIT) sector.
Mohamed Shadid, CEO of Eitesal, has revealed the virtual meeting’s topics. The most notable of these will be the Egyptian business community’s role in supporting the state in its development goals as part of Vision 2030.
The workshop, which has been organised in cooperation with the Chamber of Information Technology and Telecommunication (CIT), will take place on 5 July.

More than 20 companies exporting their services across the border took part in the meeting, where they confirmed benefiting from the export programme, which is carried out in partnership and cooperation with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA).
Hazem El-Tahawy, chairperson of Eitesal, said the technology has become intertwined in all sectors and fields, especially in light of the country’s political leadership’s interest in digital transformation projects.
Eitesal Association CEO Mohamed Shadid estimated the future expenditure for managing and operating the innovation cluster in Borg El Arab Technology Park during 2018/2019 at EGP 14m, in cooperation with the Information Technology Industry Development Agency (ITIDA) and other academies and universities participating in the cluster.
