Xi declares Beijing Olympic Winter Games open
President Xi Jinping attended the opening ceremony of the Beijing 2022 Olympic Winter Games on Friday night at the National Stadium in Beijing and declared the Games open. Xi waved to the Chinese delegation as they walked into the arena.
