Egypt’s Supreme Administrative Court canceled on Thursday the Minister of Trade and Industry’s decision of imposing temporary fees of 15% on iron billets imports.
The court, headed by Counselor Mounir Abdel Kudous, decided to suspend the decision, and referred it to the State Commissioners Authority, an advisory body within the State Council, for technical review.
