Egypt’s Parliament speaker Ali Abdel Aal on Tuesday held talks with his Irish’s counterpart Seán Ó Fearghaíl on enhancing bilateral cooperation.

A delegation of top Egyptian parliamentarians including human rights, foreign affairs and tourism committee arrived on Monday to Dublin, Ireland in an official visit.

Fearghaíl emphasised the significance of Egyptian and Irish relations in all felids.

The visit came upon an invitation of Fearghaíl to address bolstering cooperation and issues of common interests.

Furthermore, the visit includes meeting the Irish President Michael D Higgins and other top Irish officials.
