On International Women’s Days, IBM Egypt collaborated with “Injaz” to provide Egyptian women with a training on Design Thinking and provide them with the know-how on how to quickly find innovative solutions to solve work problems in real time.

This comes as part of IBM’s efforts to improve the traditional templates for Design Thinking.

In order to achieve such results the IBM volunteers explained a new collaborative and approach to design thinking. In addition to presenting the best managerial practices on how to tackle the more complex work problems.
