After the completion of phase 1, real estate developer IC Group plans to offer under-construction villas at the Elite Real Estate Exhibition on Tuesday, sales and marketing manager Ahmed Sherif said.

These “solo” villas come as part of the group’s new project, the Life View compound, Sherif added. According to their website, this compound is located 600m away from the American University in Cairo, and 700m from Future University in Egypt in New Cairo. Booking will be available from the first day of the event.

On 5 April, IC Group’s Facebook page said a villa in Life View will cost EGP 5.5m.

According to the IC Group website, it was established in 1996, and since then the company has invested money to develop real estate projects across three sectors: residential (Smart Life, Easy Life, Life View), commercial (Dana 1, Dana 2, and Commercial International Centre), and recreational (Rezora Lakes resort).
