The MSCI’s performance was once again dominated by surges during the week of 7 March, continuing last week’s trend, when the index posted gains every trading day.

On Monday, the index opened the trading week at 790.97 and increased by 0.53% during the first trading day.

MSCI slowed down on the second day, however, and the index inched down by 0.89%.  During the third trading day, the performance somewhat improved, but the index still closed with a 0.05% drop. On Thursday, the index’s performance picked up and increased by 0.39%.

On the last trading day, MSCI climbed up to 800.91, increasing by 1.29% compared to the preceding trading day.
