Renault Logan maintained its status as the bestselling European car, selling more than 10,000 cars valued at a total of EGP 981m.

The Skoda Octavia previously held the top spot.

The Skoda Octavia sold 5,154 cars worth EGP 978m in 2015; while the Renault Stepway came third in terms of sales, selling 4,183 cars at EGP 522m.

The Opel Astra took fourth place, recording sales of 2,580 cars at a total of EGP 529m; followed by the Peugeot 301 which sold 2,175 cars valued at EGP 247m.
