Egypt’s Housing and Development Bank (HDB) will establish a leasing company with the participation of another bank, as approved by the bank’s board of directors.
HDB’s share in this company will be in the range of 33.5 percent to 51 percent, while the company’s capital has not been determined as yet, according to a report from Beltone Financial.
