CAIRO: Ismaili has accepted a ?2 million bid from Ahly Dubai for Hosni Abd-Rabou, amid Egypt s Al-Ahly’s proclamation to preserve their rights in the midfielder.

Abd-Rabou, who signed a contract with Al-Ahly in 2007, was the subject of a controversial transfer saga also involving French side Strasbourg.

Despite Ismaili s insistence not to see their star player joining Al-Ahly, the Dervishes board instantly accepted the Gulf offer.

The offer was accepted, it is worth ?2 million, Ismaili GM Abdul-Rahman Annoos told FilGoal.com.

The Ismaili official has also implied that the Egyptian champions bid for defender Hani Saied will be considered this weekend.
