CAIRO: Mohamed Abou Trika will not resume full training before next week after being advised to carry on rehabilitation on his troublesome knee.

Ahly’s official website stated that German specialist Andreas Imhoff requested that Abou Trika delay his return to full training for next week.

Consequently, Abou Trika’s availability for Ahly s Champions League game with Zamalek on July 20 is yet to be determined.

The star playmaker has been suffering from a knee injury since last season, which forced him to pull out of Egypt s recent World Cup qualifiers.
