CAIRO: Mohamed Abou Trika will return to Cairo next week to start rehabilitation after successfully undergoing a knee operation in Germany on Wednesday.
Abou Trika had an operation on Wednesday, and he is expected to return to Egypt by next Sunday for rehab, Al Ahly assistant coach Hossam Al-Badri told FilGoal.com.
Abou Trika will be out for at least three weeks and is likely to miss the Zamalek clash on March 14.
The Egypt star torn medial collateral ligaments during Al Ahly’s 1-0 win over Ghazl Mahalla last week.
