Barmen call the Mojito cocktail technique ‘muddling’ – crushing sugar, ice, fruit and herbs, such as mint, to release their tangy, refreshing flavours.

BACARDI MOJITO COCKTAILS

1. Muddle 12 fresh mint leaves and ½ lime.

2. Cover with two tbsp. syrup or sugar, top with ice.

3. Add 1 ½ oz. of Bacardi Superior Rum and top with Club soda.

4. Stir well and garnish with a lime and a sprig of mint.

BACARDI FLAVORED MOJITO COCKTAILS

1. Muddle 12 fresh mint leaves and ½ lime.

2. Cover with two tbsp. syrup or sugar, top with ice.

3. Add 1 ½ oz. of Bacardi Flavored Rum and top with Club soda.

4. Stir well and garnish with a sprig of mint, a lime and/or corresponding.
