Mountain View has launched a new phase at its Mountain View Ras El Hikma project, entitled Crete Islands, despite the repercussions of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.

“With innovation being at the core of everything we do, we were quite keen to alter our designs and units to meet the new needs of the market post the pandemic,” said Mountain View Chairperson Amr Soliman.

He added, “Today’s new normal has already influenced every aspect of our lives, including working from home, playing sports, and minimising gatherings.”

The project has achieved a significant EGP 2bn in sales in only four days, according to Mountain View Chairperson Amr Soliman.

Soliman noted that Mountain View has, in light of the global pandemic, been accordingly encouraged to develop new products addressing the changes that have been required as a result.

The alterations are designed to help residents enjoy their new normal lives whilst also providing spaces that satisfy all of their needs. He also added that these new products are to be launched quite soon.

“Our Mountain View Park The Lake development is an ideal example of our instant interaction with the needs of the market,” Soliman said, “Units at Mountain View Park The Lake not only have strong access to greenery and water features, but also the smart design offers a high-ceiling terrace to offer residents an escape from the traditional concrete restrictions.”

He noted that the company also plans to revolutionise traditional workspaces by offering open air spaces that are set to stimulate creativity and increase safety.

Mountain View Park The Lake in east Cairo met with great success upon its launch. After achieving a notable EGP 1bn in sales at its launch, the company is currently planning to repeat the success again and launch Mountain View Park in east Cairo, he noted.

Commenting on the possibility of undertaking changes in some sales policies, Soliman disclosed that the company has not taken this step.

He added, “In fact, we revisited them and enhanced them in a way that allows better access and ease. Tailored to the needs of our target audience, our new sales policies offer a wide range of payment plans to meet the capabilities of all of our clients.”

Soliman continued that the company has also integrated simple digital solutions to allow clients to view our projects, communicate with our agents and conclude their purchases through safe virtual sales appointments.
