MNHD, Land Projects Agency agree to exchange ​lands to expand Taj City

Madinet Nasr Housing and Development (MNHD) has agreed with the Armed Forces Land Projects Agency (AFLPA) to exchange separate land plots.

MNHD said in a statement on Monday that the agreement stipulates exchange of land plots owned by the company in Nasr City with an area of ​​about 93.500 sqm for another plot with an area of ​​53,000 sqm owned by the AFLPA located adjacent to the Taj City project, which MNHD owns. Taj City is designated for residential, cultural, and commercial purposes, in addition to private green areas and nurseries.

Salah Katamesh, non-independent non-executive director of the company, said MNHD is considering launching a new phase of the Taj City project after the exchange, pointing out that the whole matter is still under study.
