5G VR to redefine connectivity, dismantle physical boundaries

 Barcelona- XRSpace announced plans to launch a reimagined 5G Virtual Reality (VR) device and mass market social experience that will redefine the way people connect, socialise, play, and collaborate, during the Mobile World Congress 2019 (MWC) on Monday.

The new device would allow consumers to experience a metaverse, where the virtual and real-world blur to transform how people come together in a more personal, natural, and meaningful way, without the confines of physical boundaries. Through offering novel user interface where users are represented as a real-life looking avatar and navigate the virtual world to experiences of interest.

“Extended Reality (XR) will positively transform lives. We are committed to driving this revolution in human communication, entertainment, and productivity made possible with 5G technology,” said Peter Chou, founder of XRSpace.

In the same context, the Executive Vice President of Connected Objects and Partnerships at Orange, Yves Maitre, said that 5G will deliver a significant boost to the virtual reality world through its low-latency attributes.
