Since the end of last year, the map of market share of smartphone sales has been changing little by little, especially with Huawei’s launch of Mate 10 Series, as well as the P20, which was launched early this year.

Huawei has launched a wide range of smartphones to suit the various uses and different segments of age and price category, helping it regain control of the world’s largest mobile market, China, and its growth in the Middle East and North Africa region surpassing the US industry leader Apple and replacing it in the second ranking.

Not only that, but Huawei plans to take first place globally as the best smartphone vendor by next year.

The Egyptian market is not isolated from the changes taking place in the global market. Huawei has continued its slow advance towards the Samsung-dominated frontier for years to surpass Apple and press Samsung in the lead.

Samsung is also sticking to its continued dominance of sales depending on the S and Note series, as well as the mid-range A series.
