Mohamed Gamal, president of PACT, said that construction for phases 1 and 2 of the state-of-the-art compound has been going according to schedule.

Gamal noted, “we have thoroughly concluded 100% of all benches and bearing walls in phases 1 and 2, 100% of the concrete for the first bench, 80% of stone works, and 85% of casting concrete for phase 1 units.”

Accordingly, the company is launching phase 3 of the project in May, with a total inventory of 80 limited units, located only 200 metres from the beach, according to Gamal.

The phase will include a comprehensive business centre, children’s park, spa, rich landscaping, lagoons, and lake. The community of White Bay is located in the promising area of Sidi Heneish, which is adjacent to the new Cairo-El Dabaa highway and is situated 30 minutes away from the Marsa Matrouh and Alamein airports.

The project’s investments amounted to EGP 1.7bn and it is divided into four phases with a total of 660 units, as well as green spaces and open areas representing about 85% of the project’s total area, which is 80 feddans.
